As you would expect, Peter Scholey of Ridgeway Brewing is based locally on the Ridgeway. He has many years experience of brewing as is evident in his consistently high quality beers. This brewery has a deservedly strong reputation and a keen following.

Ridgeway Bitter 4.0% ABV
Using a new strain of hops, this is a crisp golden amber ale. It is well-balanced and clean before a dryish floral finish.
Available in 11 or 5 gallon Kegs (88 or 40 pints).
